Talent Pool Management
Community of developers, designers, writers and business analysts to connect them with highly scalable startup businesses. Founders get support to find co-founders, co-builders and co-promoters in their initial journey of starting a business.

Iceaddis organized the majority of Business Plan competitions in the technology sector in Ethiopia.

We use a design thinking approach to decide on approaching a solution. Once a client or a startup engages with iceaddis we co-create innovative solutions through design thinking and facilitate product development through human centered design.

When a client has a clear methodology to develop a product, we connect them with our startups or talent pool to produce the desired product. Whereas, when requirements in projects evolve and change, or needs to identify the right solution (beyond defining the challenges), our team uses agile methodologies and develops products.
