White Membership is designed to open up our innovative community to everyone. This membership is a method for making our name and events known to large numbers of people in the city Our White Membership will also act as a feeder group into our other memberships. iceaddis intends for white members to be enticed by the benefits of our other programs. We also expect White Members to desire more after exploring our online content.

White Members will be able to access our online innovation forums. They will be able to see the iceaddis calendar of events and read our newsletters. ice will send out notices regarding information sessions and any other public events that White Members may attend.White members have access to our online recourses (books, videos, etc). White members can apply for Green membership online.White members can also attend all ice open events, depends on their online contribution, white members will be invited to ice private events.

The Green Membership is designed to transform its participants into the most innovative and powerful thinkers in Addis. This program gives the emerging entrepreneurs all the skills needed to succeed in a competitive, global market. Green Membership takes talented, high-potential people, and turns them into elite, determined, and focused entrepreneurs. Our content is designed to make the participant succeed in all different careers, making them top candidates for high positions all across Ethiopia.

Green members have access to the lower floor of iceaddis which includes a general collaboration lounge, as well as computers that can be used for printing, and iceBookshelves. The unique space that iceaddis provides is the ideal location for these members to discover and refine new ideas. These members will have all the benefits of White Members, such as access to the online community forums and online content. Green Members will also receive their own id badges. Green Members are also offered a very unique and beneficial workshop program. Green members are encouraged to attend all the workshops they can as the workshops are building. This three month program is a period of intense growth, and Green Members are required to give a presentation at the end of their program that is focused around their personal takeaways from the Green Membership, their ideas for the future, and possible business plans

The Red Membership is designed to provide its participants a fully equipped workspace to work on a real start-up idea. This program gives the entrepreneurs all the facilities needed to successfully start a own business. Red Membership takes talented, high-potential people, with an existing business idea.

Red members have access to the whole iceaddis building which includes a general collaboration lounge, as well as computers that can be used for printing, iceBookshelves, and most important a private desk, fully equipped with all necessary office equipments . The unique space that iceaddis provides is the ideal location for these members to launch their own business. These members will have all the benefits of White Members and Green Members. Red Members will also receive their own id badges. Red Members are also offered an business coaching program. iceaddis consultants provide professional support to network the technology and business facets of the start-up, as well as to enable them to create synergies, pool knowledge and source investment. Red members are encouraged to attend all the workshops they can as the workshops are building.
